He showed up, right on time, with all kinds of equipment - some of it very high tech (including a “black light” to detect stains) and did a great job on our rugs, which hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Before leaving, he dried the rugs with high-powered fans, so we could move the furniture right back. I would absolutely recommend him!"
