The Sunshine Cleaning Systems Promise
As the owner of Sunshine Cleaning Systems, a professional carpet, furniture and tile maintenance company, I place as much value on the health of your family as on the cleanliness of your home.
My name is Ray DeMeo. When I first started this business in 2007, I wanted to make sure that I was providing my clients with the most outstanding service possible. I needed to know the best practices in the industry, so I went through the training process to obtain certification as a Master Textile Cleaner. This is the highest level of certification available through the IICRC, that's The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, the world’s largest certification and training organization for carpet and furniture cleaners.
I continue learning and attend classes on a regular basis and will always do so. I will never stop learning. I do this for you, my clients. So that I can stay abreast of the latest changes and cleaning techniques. Certification and being a Certified Firm isn't automatic. Attending classes to obtain credits is required to maintain these designations. Renewal is also required annually.
This is more than just my job; it’s my passion.
As the owner and operator of Sunshine Cleaning Systems, I am on-site at every job. I will personally walk you through the process, answer your questions, and do whatever I can to get your home as clean as possible.
Our work starts with a conversation and evaluation of your carpet, furniture or tile. I only take the job if I know I can make a difference—that I can improve the look or health of your home or the longevity of your furniture or flooring.
Once the cleaning process starts, more than half of my time is spent on preparation. There’s a lot of detailed work that has to be done to ensure a truly deep clean.
I don’t take a splash-and-dash approach.
I take my time, pay attention to the details, and do it right. And if anything comes up as the process gets underway, I let you know immediately. After all, that’s how I would want to be treated.
Hiring a professional cleaner is a lot like going to the dentist. Yes, it’s important that you care for your home every day. But you also need to do a deep cleaning on a regular basis so everything underneath the surface is removed. A good maintenance program will not only extend the life of your carpet, furniture or tile, but it will make it look and feel better and it will dramatically improve the air quality in your home.
The Sunshine Cleaning Systems experience is about much more than cleaning. What my clients comment upon most are the deep sense of trust they have in my advice and process. And for someone whose goal is to serve as a trusted advisor and a resource, that is quite an honor. Through my work, I deliver what matters most: a clean home, a healthy family, a smart investment.
That’s my promise.
