Carpet Cleaning

Maintenance is an important part of overall carpet care because it says alot about the image of the building. Indoor air quality is yet another important aspect. We utilize several different methods of cleaning which include Hot Water Extraction, Interim Maintenance Procedures and Advanced Spot Cleaning Techniques.

1. Fiber Identification - The 1st and most important step to determine what can and can’t use while cleaning. Is it nylon, olefin, polyester, or wool? That's why we need to test. Different fibers, different treatments for maximum cleaning.
2. Pre-Inspection - To assist with any issues that might occur during the cleaning. We will ask questions that to help us gauge a number of things during the cleaning.
3. Furniture Moving - When requested, we will move pieces that can be moved safely and without risk or injury.
4. Pile Preparation - It lifts and straightens the fibers and prepares the carpet for vacuuming and maximizes soil removal.
5. Dry Soil Removal - We always thoroughly vacuum carpet with an Upright Commercial Vacuum prior to cleaning.
6. Pre-Spotting-Pre-Treat difficult and hard to remove stains that might not come out during normal cleaning.
7. Pre-Conditioning - A pre-treatment specially designed for carpet to loosen soil from the fibers.
8. Dwell Time - Allow the pre-conditioner enough time to ensure proper soil from the fibers.
9. Agitation - This step further assists in loosening soil from the fibers and for maximum cleaning.
10. Hot Water Extraction - Flushes away dirt and neutralizes the carpet which gives it a soft & new feel.
11. Additional Dry Vacuum Strokes - Helps to remove as much water as possible and to help dry quicker.
12. Carpet Protector Application (if applicable) - Helps from spills becoming stains and helps with vacuuming.
13. Grooming - Takes out lines left from cleaning and helps to dry carpet quicker.
14. Speed Drying - Specially designed fans that are low to the ground and allow a continuous flow of air over carpet.
15. Personal Follow-Up - An extra way to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Upholstery Cleaning

Leather Cleaning

To maintain its smoothness and prevent cracks, leather needs to be cleaned and protected, preferably every 6-12 months. Leather is a type of skin and needs to be kept hydrated to maximize its life and elasticity. It is best to keep leather surfaces away from sunlight to prevent the color from fading and drying the leather out.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

A floor can be a beautiful thing, but it can also be a sight for sore eyes! You've seen them, tiles with filthy black grout lines inside of a bathroom, missing/cracked grout and dirty residues; we will clean and seal your floor so that it will look like new!

Vinyl Floor Care

Stripping floors is bad for the environment and costs you more over time. Vinyl surfaces will become brittle, begin to crack and break apart if stripped too often. If the tile is old, sometimes you will not be able to find a proper replacement and the colors won't match! A properly maintained floor should last for years to come and always have a nice glossy sheen.
